Fantastic property: beautiful decor, extremely clean, and well-maintained - in both the common areas and the guest rooms. A quality hot breakfast in the pub/lounge is complimentary. All of the staff, from desk to food servers and room keepers, are all very nice and helpful. Even the gift shop is cute. The location is walkable to a center for groceries and other provisions, a little further to the town center where there is also a nice walking path by the water.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are great. Restaurant in the hotel has great food and service too! We also really enjoyed the gift shop and decor. I recommend staying here when in Port Hardy!

Treated myself to a wonderful one night at this lodge. It's beautiful, thoughtfully decorated rooms and a beautiful modern bathroom. Even though we came in around 1 am, we were welcomed with a smile. The bed is super comfy. Thanks team, what a great experience.

Nice and modern hotel right in the center of Port Hardy. Most visitors will likely be coming from the ferry from the north or will take the ferry. The hotel is quite modernly equipped and the rooms and bathrooms are new. A mall is close. The restaurant could be open a little bit longer. It is quite hard to get something to eat in Port Hardy later in the evening. We had no breakfast, so I can say anything about that.

We drove up from Victoria and arrived before check in but we were met with a happy greeting and keys to our room. The room was clean and bright despite the miserable weather outside. The food in the attached Nax’id’ pub was delicious. We had no idea there was a complimentary breakfast either so that was an added bonus! I’m sure we will make the almost 6 hour trek up again! Thank you!

We heard it is the best hotel in town and we believe it is ! Our first time and spent two nights. Initially we could only find one night so we put a note to inform us if second one becomes available. On check in , the nice front desk lady informed me there is a room for a second night. We ended up staying 2 nights to explore the town . Nice hotel , friendly staff and a good place to relax . Has decent size meeting room and appropriate gift shop .The billiard / pool table is great!!! Nice to let kids play ( under supervision). My kids loved it ! Business station and meeting room! Good value for a nice get away!

We stayed for 2 night and loved the hotel. Especially the decorations from the first natives (Haida) Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Evening dinner also very good Friendly and helpfull staff.

Impressive hotel,came in town for opening of a new MCdonalds and stayed here and all our company staff was pretty happy to stay here.Breakfast was complimentary and excellent.Rooms were clean,beds are clean and comfy,washrooms are also super-clean.If I come back to this town I will definitely stay here.
